Hi and thank you for inquiring about my services . Upon booking, please be aware that each service requires a non-refundable deposit of $30.00 . This deposit will be utilized towards your final payment which is due upon arrival.Once you've booked your appointment and your deposit is sent , your appointment is automatically secured ! You should receive a confirmation email . For additional add-ons it will be an additional payment due ( Crimps, Curls, Braids, etc...) Please make it to your appointment on time.If you arrive 15 minutes late a $15.00 late fee will be applied to your service. Due to my schedule being High demand, if you are 30min late your booking with me will be cancelled, rescheduled, or you will have to pay an additional $50 fee. Please be considerate of others time slots. All frontals MUST be dropped off BEFORE 4:30pm , 1-2 days prior to your appointment or your appointment will be canceled /rescheduled .All squeeze in appointments is an additional $50.00 fee which is also non-refundable. I do not accept cash-app for deposits, squeeze-in fees, or remaining payments. Cash or zelle is always acceptable.  If you have any further questions or inquires, please feel free to text or email me. Due to my business being high demand, I am currently not accepting phone calls. There is also a parking garage located next to the suite for those who are mobile . See you soon !

We love all of our clients at Phenix Salon Suites, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

Please keep in mind that there are NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED (Children , Friends, etc) . If you can not make your appointment for any reason, please contact me in advance before your appointment time or you will not be allowed to get serviced again . No call/ No shows are not tolerated whatsoever. Thank You ! 



We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling & rescheduling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule BEFORE YOUR CURRENT APPOINTMENT DATE, you will have to schedule another appointment with another deposit due .
