​PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of $30.00 is required for each service. This deposit will be applied to your final payment, which is due upon arrival. Once your appointment is booked and the deposit is received, your appointment is secured—no need to confirm via message! Your email confirmation will serve as your appointment confirmation. If I assisted you upon booking and you do not send your deposit within 30 minutes of scheduling, your appointment is automatically canceled. Please understand that there are possibly others inquiring as well. The Address is sent out immediately after booking your appointment- it wil be emailed to you so please check your spam if you cannot find it in your inbox.
There is a $15 late fee after 15 min and after 30 min Your appointment is canceled or there will be a $50 inconvenience fee. Please keep in mind that there are other clients also being serviced after you so be considerate. For add-ons it will be an additional payment due ( Crimps, Curls, Braids, Wash, etc...) If you do not book the add-ons online, its is possible that I may not be available to provide that service due to the time duration. If there are any squeeze in appointments available, those appointments require an additional $50.00 fee which is also non-refundable. ( appointments before 9am - appointments after 5pm)
Cash is always acceptable for remaining payments.

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
I understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why I strive to be flexible and accommodating with cancellations and rescheduling. If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance,’ll gladly help you find a better slot that suits you, no questions asked. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment as long as you reschedule before your original appointment date. However, if you cancel and do not reschedule before your current appointment date, a new deposit will be required for a future appointment.
